1. What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone, role, organization); project, sample request, order, RFQ and Referral Fee records you create; and standard technical data (device, browser, IP address, pages visited) collected automatically.

2. How we use it

To operate the platform — matching buyers to dealer inventory, tracking orders and Referral Fees, verifying brand and dealer accounts, and improving the service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Other platform participants as necessary to fulfil a transaction (e.g. a dealer sees the buyer/order details needed to fulfil an order; an architect sees whether their recommendation was viewed or ordered). Service providers who help us operate the platform (hosting, payments infrastructure, analytics), bound by confidentiality. Authorities, where required by law.

4. Payments

HomeEQ does not process or store payment card details. Payments for orders are handled directly between the buyer and the dealer’s own payment provider.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and operational retention needs, by writing to info@homeeq.in.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and limited analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. See our cookie banner for choices.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures, including row-level access controls and encrypted connections, to protect your data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
